屑家族の親孝行 : Shabushabu Sukiyaki Dontei

同行者①の生産者が、（例年なら甥姪の襲撃を受けるところ）このGWはなすことなく過ごしたということで、気晴らしとしてさいたまに迎え、親子三代で出向きました。
私は牛すき御膳、他の3名は、普段生産者が食べないしゃぶしゃぶを注文しました。
しゃぶしゃぶ鍋を囲んで三代乱戦状態の3人を尻目に、御膳を頂きます。5ヶ月前の前回訪問時から少し値段が上がっていました。ご飯・味噌汁・漬物に加えて、生卵もお替り可能であることを知りました。質のみならず、量的充実の追求も容易になったのでは？経験を積んだためか、バニラアイスは狙った通りの量を出力。乱戦後の鍋の後始末を少々手伝い、相変わらず美味しいプリンを頂き、Tポイントやいくつかの割引を組み合わせた高難易度の会計をしてもらい撤収。少しは孝行できたかな？

It has become an annual event for families to visit this place during December. Like last year, I made a reservation at 12:00 and visited. Just like last year, empty seats are noticeable. This time, I left shabu shabu shabu shabu as my companions ordered it. I ordered the kimchi beef sukiyaki nabe set, which was cooked and served. In addition, salad and dessert bars are added to each. The combination of kimchi and beef was a first for me, but it went surprisingly well. Moreover, the portion is quite large, including the beef. I thought it was a good deal for 968 yen, with free refills of rice, miso soup, and pickles. At this restaurant, you might be tempted to choose shabu shabu, but I think you should also pay attention to the hotpot meal. In addition to the full hotpot meal, I also had two salads from the added salad bar, some of shabu shabu that my companions had left over, vanilla ice cream that stuck to my teeth, and delicious pudding, and I was full.

Visited with family for the first time in about a year. I made a reservation this time as well, and arrived after 12:00, but it was about half full. Even though it's lunch time on a holiday, I'm a little worried. There was a set called "Vegetable Satisfying All-You-Can-Eat Set" that included hot pot vegetables, salad bar, and dessert bar for 660 yen on the set menu, so I added it to shabu shabu-shabu set meal of 2x aged beef, pork, and black pork. I made it. The salad bar has a few items. I guess they are trying not to cover it with the pot vegetables. You can enjoy each of the hotpot vegetables, such as Chinese cabbage, carrots, and wild-tasting green tea mushrooms, but for some reason everyone was hooked on the ``kuzukiri'' and ordered two additional servings of kuzukiri in addition to the assorted hotpot vegetables. A strange family goes to shabu shabu restaurant and gets excited about the most nutritious-looking kuzukiri. ...Well, the father doesn't go straight home and goes out drinking around the neighborhood, and Other members can't clean themselves up, are extremely lazy, etc., and the situation is far from an ideal family. Is that about our height? After dinner, head to the dessert bar. The vanilla ice cream that I put out in large quantities stains my teeth. The pudding was delicious.

Our last outing for this year was at this restaurant with 3 companions. I thought it would be busy since it was the end of the year, so I called the day before and made a reservation. At 12:00 p.m. when I made my reservation, I parked my car in the parking lot that is combined with 7-Eleven Saizeria and entered the store. It was surprisingly empty. Will it be from now on? I was taken to a table seat in a semi-private room. I wanted to try shabu shabu, which is something that never appears on our table, so I ordered the shabu shabu set meal: 2x aged beef (1,529 yen), black pork belly (1,639 yen), and special beef loin (1,859 yen). I chose ``konbu'' and ``chicken hot water'' out of 5 types of dashi. A pot with a wave-shaped partition in the center is set on top of the IH heater. When it's almost boiling, vegetables and meat appear. The table will be quite crowded. My companion, who is not used to shabu shabu, added a large amount of vegetables. Due to the drop in temperature and shrinkage of the water surface, we will not be able to add meat for a while. There was paper placed on top of the IH heater, but I agree that it was probably to protect the heater from spilled vegetables. Waiting for the temperature to rise again, each person tried to soak the meat, but there was only one set of chopsticks for each of the four people. I received an addition. The reason why the core of the Chinese cabbage is intentionally added is to enjoy the texture. Among them, I noticed an unpleasant tinge especially on the chicken hot water. My companions, who are not used to shabu shabu, look at it with admiration, but it is not something to admire, but something to remove. ...Well, I silently moved my hands and mouth, enjoying myself. Even so, just like Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants, I don't really know what to make of shabu shabu shabu restaurants that only serve cut meat and vegetables. For now, I decided to try it because of the taste of the meat and soup stock, and the quiet atmosphere where I could concentrate on conversation with my companion.
