本日のランチは、こちらでいただきます。
お店に入って直ぐ横のタッチパネル式券売機で、釜たましらすおろしうどんの並税込550円を選択。
店内は、カウンター席とテーブル席。
カウンター席に座り、お冷やを持ってきた女性店員さんに券を渡します。
カウンター席は左右に衝立があって、感染予防対策が取られています。
お冷やを飲んで待つこと2〜3分でうどん到着。
まず、柚子胡椒を袋から出して上に乗せ、次に卵を割って中へ。
その上に旨だし醤油をぐるっとかけてよく混ぜ混ぜしたら、それではいただきます。
見た目よりも中は熱々。
うどんは柔らかめ。
お味の方は、柚子胡椒が結構効いてます。
卵の濃厚な甘みで美味しい。
一方、おろしとしらすの存在感は今ひとつ。
もう少しおろしの辛みが効いてた方が、個人的には好きです。
ハフハフ、ズルズルといただき、あっという間に完食。
とってもお手軽なランチ。
こういうのも、たまには悪くないですね。
お腹の方は、まだちょっと余裕があるかな（笑）。
もう14時近いのに、ポツリポツリと切れ目なくお客さんが来店して来ます。
