その日の日替わりのレバニラにしました。
血を補給ですな。
いや、レバーを食べると血が補えるのか？ちゃんと自分自身で納得したことは無いかも・・・
納得しないけど浸透している場合と、勝手に迷信が根拠なく流布されている場合がある。
どっちだろうね？今は考えずに発注です。
カウンターやテーブル席が外から見える範囲であるかなって感じです。
調理がよく見える場所にてしばし待ちます。
本当は寿司屋さん目指したんだけどなぁ・・・と、思いつつ全然違うレバニラの経験にワクワクします。
滅多にご飯物は食べない。
でもそうもいっていられない。未経験を経験する良い機会と利用しました。
レバニラ・・・それが有名なお店かなって、パッと浮かんだお店は２店舗。確かにおいしかったと思う。近場では「青葉」さんの良い印象もある。
定食屋さんのニラレバ炒め？のような味わいも嫌いじゃない。
で、こちらのお店。甘酢醤油餡？のようなコッテリタイプでありました。
なるほど。こういうタイプもあるんですね。
良い経験にはなりましたが、あまり肉類が得意でない私にはハードルがちょっと高く感じた一品だったなって思いました。
