日曜日の夜、２名で利用しました。
わたくし、九州育ちでして小さな頃はよくふぐ鍋（俗に言うてっちり）を家で食べたものです。
ただし、ふぐ自体は蛋白で子ども（というか、当時の私）の口に合わず、
ポン酢の味しかしないしどちらかというと嫌いな方で「今夜はふぐ鍋」と言われるとがっくりしたものです。
大人になってふぐが高級料理であることを知り、
もちろんてっさなどは食べたことがありませんでしたので、
一度ふぐを食べてみたいという人と一緒に行ってみました。
（貧乏舌であることを最初に申し述べておきます）
訳もわからないのでコースで。
湯引きはコリッコリ、ブツ刺しもコリッコリ、コラーゲンはありそう。
てっさは薬味の味だし、やっぱりふぐ自体の味はしないのか……。
鍋は紙が破けないのが不思議で不思議で。
雑炊はおいしかったです。やっぱりだしとして美味しいのか……。
個室でサービスはとても良く、
高級感は味わえました。
