とらふぐ『玄コース ¥4,000』1人前と『醍醐コース ¥5,400』2人前を予約しました。
✩付き出し(湯引き)···ふぐ皮をポン酢で和えたもので、コリコリしてました。(写真撮り忘れました^^;)
✩てっさ···ふぐ刺しで、このお店は普通のお店より肉厚でした。あまりに美味しいので、追加単品で(¥1,200)2皿頼みました。
✩ふぐの唐揚げ···骨がとても多いですが、身も美味しかったです。(写真撮り忘れました^^;)
✩てっちり···ふぐの身(ぶつ切り、刺し身)、白菜、春菊、椎茸、長ネギ、マロニーが入っていました。温まります。
✩蟹クリームコロッケ(単品注文)···蟹の味がしっかりあって、マヨネーズをつけて食べました。
✩丸ごとひれ煎餅(¥400 単品注文)···ふぐのひれを味付け圧縮して煎餅にしました。
✩焼白子 塩(¥1,980 単品注文)···白子のクリーミーさをダイレクトに味わえます。
✩焼白子 タレ(¥1,980 単品注文)···白子のクリーミーさを損なわず味わえます。
✩ふぐ寿司(¥700 単品注文)···上にネギ、もみじおろしが乗っていて、ふぐの身がコリコリしていて絶品です。
✩雑炊···ふぐの出汁のつまった美味しい雑炊。(写真撮り忘れました^^;)
✩デザート···ゆずシャーベット。食後にさっぱりシャーベットは美味しかったです。(写真撮り忘れました^^;)
高級料理はあまり食べないので、食べるのに夢中で写真撮り忘れが多かったです^_^;。
たまにはふぐ料理は食べたいですね
