川口の関でふぐを食う
冬になると必ず行く玄品。
12〜3月で2回くらい。
今回予約したのはコースの「玄」

てっさ
てっちり
雑炊
デザート
単品で唐揚げを追加。
2人で1人前くらいでちょうどイイ。
ただこのお店。
ビールが1番苦手なプレモルしかない。
生も瓶も両方プレモル。
しょうがないので生小と生中を。
突き出しの湯引きでとっととビールを飲み
すぐにひれ酒を頼む。
ここのは、ひれがいっぱい入っていて
次酒を頼んでも美味い。
すぐにてっさが出てくる。
以前はぶつ刺しの方が好きだったんだが
いつからかてっさの方が好みになった。
タン塩とふぐ刺しは薄い方が美味いな。
次酒のすぐ後に唐揚げ提供。
他で鳥の唐揚げを注文する事は滅多にないが
ここのふぐ唐はホントに美味いと思う。
てっちりは骨付きのふぐ身がいっぱい。
しゃぶ身も美味い。
ここのポン酢が大好き。
今の所1番気に入ってるので
今回大瓶を2本テイクアウトした。
雑炊はご飯を半分にしてもらい楽しむ。
やはりここの雑炊は食わないと。
シメを食う習慣がないので
家で鍋をやってもシメない。
デザートは柚子シャーベットか
ナッツのアイスクリームを選べるので
両方1個ずつもらった。
柚子もさっぱりして美味いが
ナッツのアイスクリームもっと美味いな。
近所でお手軽にふぐが食えるいい店だ。

This is my second time at Genpin this year. It's a convenient restaurant, only a 3-minute walk from my house. There's another fugu specialty restaurant closer, and I used to go there at first, but since coming to Genpin, I haven't been there once. This one is definitely better. The sashimi and fried chicken mochiri are both good. The fin sake is also good! The only thing that was disappointing was the beer. They only had Premium Malts on tap and in bottles. I'm sure it's good for people who like it, but I'm not a fan of the taste. But then! To my surprise! They started stocking Akaboshi. I'm so happy! They really listened to their customers' opinions.
