"Summer Away" Course ❃ Appetizer (boiled pufferfish skin) ❃ Tiger pufferfish sashimi ❃ Deep-fried tiger pufferfish ❃ Grilled pufferfish ❃ Fugu Sushi (4 pieces) ❃ Dessert (sherbet) [Total 6 dishes] ￥5,500 (tax included) Located about a 3-minute walk from Kawaguchi Station, "Genpin" is a place where you can enjoy a high-class pufferfish course! The inside of the restaurant is fairly spacious and there are plenty of table seats, so it seems to be popular with families! This time, I ordered the "Summer Away" course! The first dish that came out was the boiled pufferfish skin, which had a crunchy texture that was addictively delicious! Next, the tiger pufferfish sashimi had a crunchy texture, and the more you chewed it, the more delicious it became! The hot fried tiger pufferfish was also fluffy and very satisfying to eat! The savory grilled tiger pufferfish was plump and soft, very satisfying to eat! After grilling, it's even more delicious when dipped in a special sweet and spicy miso or salted garlic sauce! My personal recommendation is the Japanese soy sauce, the spiciness of which is addictive! All the dishes were delicious and very satisfying, so you have to eat them all! The portions are so filling that you'll be full! If you want to eat fugu, I recommend it! ️
