今回は川口の麺屋【渓】。まぜそばメインのお店です。住宅街にあり、一見ただの家みたいな外見なので入りにくいかもしれませんが大丈夫です

肉のせまぜそばは券売機にはなく、壁に貼られたメニューに記載。牛すじ、豚ナンコツ煮が乗った肉々しいまぜそばです。
なかなかジャンキーなビジュアルです。写真を見ると辛脂的な小皿が写ってるのですが、別トッピングなのか何なのか、忘れました。
トッピングは葱、チーズ、牛すじ、豚ナンコツ煮、海苔。ここに玉ねぎと生卵、辛脂的なやつをぶち込んで喰らいます。
麺はごわっとした捻りのある太麺。G系ほどでは無いですが食べ応えあります。色んな味が混ざっていてなんだかよくわからないのですが、旨いものと旨いものを足して旨い！という頭の悪い感想しか出ない感じの旨さです。ここ最近たべたまぜそばの中ではぶち抜いて旨い。
そこそこ汁が余るので、追い飯をしたいのですが追い飯がないです。残念すぎる。でもまぜそばはとても美味しかったですごちそうさまでした。
