This is Narakuken, who will be participating in "K☆Bal (Karbal) @ Kawaguchi/Nishi-Kawaguchi"!
For those who don't want to go to a restaurant for the first time and end up with a bad meal. We use delicious rice that costs 7,000 yen for 10kg, which is rare for Chinese Cuisine, and we make all of |
[b:This can happen if you go in a slightly irregular way.] Recently, I've been spending more time in Kawaguchi for work. In this area, "[a:11008889, Sakanai]" and "[a:11017633, CoCo壱]" tend to be the two places I visit the most. I was in the mood for "Sakanai" that day, but I didn't want to go there again, so I remembered and remembered that this restaurant was there. Last time, I went to "[a:11006977, Chinrai]" in the same way, but the chef had changed and it was no good. Maybe it's the style that even if there are seats available on the first floor, you go to the second floor. I was unsure when I looked at the menu, but last time, even though it was my first visit, I went in a slightly irregular way and didn't go for the basic Ramen and fried rice, so I decided to go for that. The "mini fried rice and Ramen" set was 1,000 yen, so I asked if I could add "char siu" to it, and they said yes, so I ordered it. "B: Mini fried rice and char siu noodles" (1,450 yen) - As shown in the photo. The mini fried rice was light and looked like regular fried rice, but it was not salty or oily, and I felt it was unsatisfying. Above all, it seemed to have almost no grilled or fried flavor. The char siu noodles were topped with five thick slices of char siu that looked like boiled pork. It was a bit mushy. It didn't have much flavor. The Ramen soup was probably a type of traditional ramen, but although the base dashi and soy sauce sauce were well-balanced, it also tasted somewhat unsatisfying. The noodles were the typical thin, curly Chinese noodles with a high water content. Last time, I had bean sprout soba and thought it was delicious... I tried adding more pepper halfway through, and ended up adding chili oil to change the flavor. I felt a little resentful as I thought of the roast pork Ramen at "Sakauchi". Thank you for the meal. And then, when I paid the bill, I felt even worse. I found out the price when I received the bill on the second floor after the meal, but it was a little different from what I thought. The "Ramen" was 550 yen and the "roasted pork noodles" was 950 yen, so the roast pork topping was an additional 400 yen, so I thought the total for this series was 1,400 yen, but the bill said 500 yen for mini fried rice and 950 yen for roast pork noodles, so the total was 1,450 yen. In the first place, the menu states "Very Popular Mini Series 1,000 yen" and also states "*Can be combined with other Noodles," so it is written as if it is part of the "Very Popular Mini Series." However, if the price goes back to the single item price when combined with other Noodles, I think it would only be misleading to write it in the same "Very Popular Mini Series" category... Also, if the price of the mini fried rice is decided to be 500 yen, that should be written somewhere. I somehow left the restaurant feeling unsatisfied. I think that long-established local Chinese restaurants have continued to exist in part because of their taste and in part because of their location, but I regret that I was unable to easily understand the ratio of the two.
