埼玉は川口駅東口の徒歩限界、商店街最北端のインドカレー店くま☆さん。
川口幸町郵便局の向かいと言えば分かりやすいでしょうか。
コミカルな店名の由来はなんでしょう。店主さんがくまさんみたいとか？
外観はふんわり軽い感じで入りやすいイイお店。お手本のようですね。
ランチのお客さんが結構来ています。日本語がお上手。愛想や雰囲気など
いろいろなファクターがありそう。地域にしっかり馴染んでいる感じです。
お腹ペコペコのたぬぞう最も品数の多い「ターリーＤ」をオーダーします。
カレー２種はシーフードと日替わりの山芋・チキンを選びました。
ターリーはインドの定食のようなものとランチメニューに書いてあります。
ふ～んとか思っているうちに出ました！いい眺めだねえ。さあ食べるぞっ！
焼きたてナンは裏側がカリッと楽しい食感。タンドリーチキンは香ばしく
肉厚で食べ応えあり。辛さ普通で頼んだカレーはマイルド味でした。
カレーにスパイス感を求めるなら辛くすればいいのかもしれませんネ。
特長は生春巻きでしょうか。つけだれは塩味。野菜がたっぷり入ってます。
ライスも付いて食べ終える頃にはもーお腹いっぱい。定食なるほどだ。
接客，量，料理の丁寧さ、これらサービスの良さが成功の秘訣とみました。
