つけ麺TETSUの別ブランドができた当時は足しげく通ったが、今日は久々の来店。
ベーシックな並盛り。
麺のもちもちツルツル感は変わらず健在。
チャーシューは変わった。前は煮込まれた豚バラ肉だったが、これはこれでよい。
ドロドロ魚介スープは安定の美味しさ。
最後に出汁スープを足して飲み干しました。
