自宅から1番近いラーメン店。
だけどもう5年以上来てなかった。
濃厚魚介豚骨のつけ麺が嫌いなので
注文はずっと中華そば一択。
きみはんの味が近所で食えて
気に入ってたんだけど。
突然中華そばが変わってしまった。
煮干し中華そばだったかな。
今ほど爆値上のない頃だったのに
750円が900円になって
それまで煮干しの香りのバランスのいい
醤油ラーメンだったのに
どっかの人気チェーン店の
パクリみたいな味になった。
まだRDBだったので
再訪なしと書いてあった。
何となく食べログでメニューを見ていたら
煮干し中華そばが「中華そば」に
変わっている。
価格も900円から880円になっている。
もしかしたら、前の味に戻ったのかも。
店頭の券売機で食券を購入。先客０
カウンターの真ん中ほどに座る。
後客多数。今でも人気店なんだな。
4～5人の高校生が入って来て
みんな特盛りつけ麺の食券を出す。
相変わらず大盛りも特盛りも同料金のようだ。
数分で提供される。
見た瞬間。
やっちまった。
これは中華そばではない。
つけ麺の濃厚魚介豚骨スープに
細めのストレート麺を入れたもの。
とりあえずスープを飲んでみる。
その通り。
しかも塩味はかなり強い。
家系ほどではないが、やはり苦手だ。
せめてコショウでごまかそうと思ったが
卓上には何もない。
入口近くのテーブルを見ると
まとめてそこにあった。
コショウを取って来てレンゲにかける。
味をジャマしない工夫がされているのか
コショウの味が全くしない。辛味もない。
チャーシューをひと口。
最初にニンニクの味が来る。
ことごとく大嫌いな味だな。
材木メンマが３本。
１本はガチ固。２本目は固め。３本目はちょうどよかった。
楽しめるようにわざと固さの違うメンマを入れてんのかも。
スープとチャーシューをほぼ残してご馳走様。
客は入ってるし人気店のようなので
これはこれでいいんじゃないかな。
自分には合わないだけ。
