大宮店には何度も行きましたが、川口は初めての訪問です。
つけ麺の味は書くまでもなく、お馴染みのつるつるモチモチの麺に濃厚なつけ汁です。
焼き石を入れるのも大宮と同じ。ただこの店の店主は丁寧で感じが良かったですね。店を出る際に「忘れ物に気をつけてください」「店の前を自転車が通るので危ないです」と声を掛けてくれました。
この対応で又行きたくなりました。
大宮店が閉店とのことで貴重な店になるかもです。
