Restaurant highlights |
A Japanese Japanese Confectionery and rice cracker specialty store located along Keyaki Street in Higashi-Kawaguchi. The charming Gassho-style building has also been used for filming movies.
Located in a 200-year-old gassho-style house that was relocated from Matsushiro, Niigata, we sell high-quality rice crackers made with 100% carefully selected domestic rice, as well as dorayaki, monak
...a, and seasonal nerikiri. At Kanmi-Dokoro (cafe featuring Japanese-style sweets), we offer anmitsu, agar made by boiling domestic agar seaweed for over an hour, which is popular for its subtle seashore scent and chewy texture. Since our founding, we have been loved by locals as a "store that transcends time." In 1989, we received the Kawaguchi City "2nd Street Corner Spot Award."
