種類が豊富で、月別の限定メニューもあり楽しめそうな雰囲気。基本1人で入るようなカウンター席ばかりなので、お一人様用のお店かな。
食券販売機でベーシックなつけ麺に味玉トッピング。
990円、コスパは良いとは言えないか。。
麺を注文のたびに茹で上げるので時間がかかるとのこと、昼ピークを過ぎた時間での訪問だったが、確かに若干待つ印象。
届いたつけ麺は太いもちもち麺で食べ応えあり。
つけ汁はものすごい背脂の塊入りで、好きな人にはたまらないだろうが私の身体には合わなかった。
味玉はしっかり染みていて美味しくいただけた。
