30 seconds walk from Kawaguchi Station! "Tsukemen Tsukeya Kawaguchi" with 100% domestic wheat homemade noodles and rich seafood tonkotsu soup
Just after getting off the escalator at the east exit of Kawaguchi Station! The dipping sauce is made from a rich seafood tonkotsu soup that has been boiled over with super-high heat until a huge amou |
About 5 years ago, I went there when I was drunk because it was almost at the station. I remember not thinking about going there many times, so I hadn't been there for a while, but today, I went again after a long time and ordered a large serving Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle) and char siu topping. It came out quickly, but the taste was just average. If I had the time, I would like to go somewhere else. It has nothing to do with the taste, but even when a drunk customer dropped their smartphone and tried to leave, they didn't panic and just called out ``smartphone'' from a distance. I chased after them and told them that they had dropped it. I don't know if it's a problem with the store's training, but the staff is disappointing. In the attached photo, the customer is lying down, but I don't think it's that bad.
