Title: "The taste gets richer and richer! Grilled beef bibimbap" I went to Nishi-Kawaguchi for some personal business. After taking care of my personal business, it was lunchtime. I had a Matsuya JAF coupon, so I decided to use it. restaurant is located at the west exit of Nishi-Kawaguchi Station. I arrived at 12:01 on a weekday Thursday, and there were three customers and two staff members. What did I order? Grilled beef bibimbap with regular rice, 590 yen. With the JAF coupon, raw vegetables (130 yen) are free. I was called in 75 seconds!? The rating is out of 10. The criteria are calculated based on taste and cost performance. Raw vegetables (regular price 130 yen is free): 10 out of 10! The raw vegetables consist of shredded cabbage, shredded purple cabbage, shredded carrots, and corn. It was a solid volume, and I think 130 yen is cheap for this. I drizzled two types of dressing on it to change the flavor and enjoy it. Miso soup: 8 points A simple miso soup made with wakame seaweed and chopped fried tofu. The miso flavor is light, but the dashi flavor is strong, and it is surprisingly well-balanced and delicious. Beef bibimbap rice bowl: 9 points It consists of Yakiniku (Grilled meat), green onions, chopped seaweed, kimchi, white sesame seeds, and soft-boiled egg. It is also topped with a gochujang-based sauce, giving it Korean Cuisine style atmosphere. The first bite was without any toppings, and the flavor was light but light. The second bite was with kimchi, and it was delicious! The third bite was mixed with a soft-boiled egg, and then topped with Barbecue sauce and sweet sauce! Salty and sweet! Delicious! However, I was a little bothered by the stringy texture of the meat. The stronger the flavor, the less it bothers me, and the more delicious it becomes, so it's all good! Overall rating: 9 points I don't think it's easy to eat a bowl of rice with such a strong flavor. It may be the strongest flavor of all the Matsuya menu items. In that sense, it is one of a kind, and the volume is quite generous, so it fills you up, and if I can get it for 590 yen (plus 130 yen this time, equivalent to 720 yen), I would definitely like to eat it again. Afterwards On the way home, I found another Matsuya. I'm jealous that Nishi-Kawaguchi has two Matsuya stores. If you fill up at the gas station along Sangyo-dori, it's cheaper! I got a little something. (2023.9.7)
