＜明太子テイスティング3種・980円＞は
“柚子漬け”、“昆布〆”、“超辛”の３つ
“昆布〆”の明太子がとっても好み
鮮度のよさそうな“サバ刺し”がよかったけど
残念ながら品切れになったとのことで

サバ刺しよりは鮮度は落ちるのだろうが
トロけるような素材の旨みが引き立った
他にも＜博多一口鉄板餃子・1,000円＞や

もらって九州らしい味覚を楽しんでいく

しっかりと下処理のされたもつの鍋は
出汁もおいしくて甘みさえ感じる

当然といえばそうなのかもしれないが
