西川口にある坦々麺と餃子が名物のお店。
食べログの中国料理百名店に選出されるなど、高い評価を得ております。
店内はカウンター席、テーブル席、座敷などが用意されており、色々な用途で楽しめるお店です。
■メニュー
名物の坦々麺以外には汁無し坦々麺、野菜タンメン、サンラータン麺など辛くないメニューも充実しています。
この日は初回の訪問だったので、基本の坦々麺（880円）をオーダーしました。
辛さを普通・中辛・大辛の三段階から選べるようになっており、中辛でお願いしました。
■感想
オーダーから5分ほどで坦々麺が登場。
見た目はそこまで辛くなさそうな印象です。
まずスープを一口飲むと、非常にマイルドな味わいが口いっぱいに広がります。
自家製の練り胡麻を使っているようで、胡麻の香りもいいアクセントになっております。
辛いものが苦手な人でも充分に楽しめる、クリーミーなスープでした。
この日は後ろに予定があったので遠慮しましたが、ライスを無料でつけられるようなので、スープと合わせて頂くのもアリ。
次回お伺いする際には名物の餃子も頂きたいと思います。
