お昼に訪問する、先客は、1名。
2分程で、店内に
回転はかなり早い。
店内は矢沢永吉の曲が常に流れていて
店内にもサインや関連グッズなどが
展示されている。
聞けば、店主が矢沢永吉の大ファンとの事。
坦々麺を注文。辛さは普通。
町中華だが殆どの人が坦々麺を頼んでいる
中にはライス注文する人も。
15分ほどで直丼。
スープの湯気と共
に胡麻の良い香りが堪らない♪
早速食べてみる。
辣油の辛さと胡麻油の濃厚さと
すり胡麻や胡麻ペーストなどが
入ったら濃厚かつ胡麻の美味しさと
辛さが引き立つスープ。
ちなみに辣油と練り胡麻は
自家製との事。
坦々の挽肉は豆板醤、豆地醬
甜麺醤などが、入ったら挽肉だろうか
山椒のピリっとした刺激も感じられ
じんわり来る辛さと甘みが合わさり
とても好みの味。、
挽肉の下のモヤシが良いアクセントで
半熟味玉もスープを浸して食べると
味玉の濃厚さと合わさり美味しい
麺はスープに絡みやすいような
ちぢれの中太麺で
実際にスープがよく絡まる。
美味しい辛さというのは
こういうのをいうんだろうな。
とても地元に余りにも近いお店なので
有り難みなくて知っているけど
全く訪問しなかったけど
とても好みの味でもあったので
今度は汁なし、デカ肉など他の坦々麺も
頼んでみようかな？
