10時半頃五反田でナポリタンを食べて、まだお腹にキャパがあったので、五反田から車で移動して来ました。
埼玉県で一番旨い担々麺と紹介しているインフルエンサーの動画を見て、同行している食べ歩きフレンドのH君とやって来ました。
お店に到着したのが13時を過ぎてましたが、店内17席のうち3席しか空きがなく、私達が入ったあと直ぐに満席になりました。
店内には矢沢永吉のポスターが掲示しており、店内に流れるBGMも矢沢永吉でした。
確証はありませんが、おそらく店主は永ちゃんの大ファンで、店名の由来もそこから来てるのでは？
担々麺の固めを2つと、焼餃子(2個)をでお願いしました。
メニューを見ると美味しそうな摘み類の一品料理が結構な種類あって、居酒屋的な利用も良いと思いました。
担々麺は、ほんのり頭皮に汗が滲む辛さで、痺れは強くなく絶妙なバランスです。
芝麻醤の風味も濃厚で旨い！
味玉の黄身がネットリで旨い！
埼玉で一番と言うのも納得できます。
それに焼餃子が秀逸です。
野菜の甘味があって肉汁も感じられジューシーで、ニンニクやニラが控えめなのも万人受けしそうです。
2個から注文可能で、1個160円で追加できるのも良いと思います。
