以前はそこそこの回数を食べに来ていたが最後に食べたのは4年前なのでかなり久しぶり。コロナも明けて今やすっかり人気店となったようだ。
でか肉担々麺1200円 大辛、半ライス付き
餃子4個 480円
担々麺 980円 普通、半ライス付き、大盛+120円
土曜18時半に到着して2名待ち、20分弱で着席。
担々麺は大辛にしたので山椒がかなり効いていて舌触りもざらざらするが、胡麻の風味が濃厚で甘みもふんだんに感じられる。痺れと甘みのせめぎ合いが絶妙。辛みは痺れに隠れて殆ど感じない控えめ加減。開店当初は大辛はもっとひりついていた気がするので少し抑えめになったようだ。
そして鶏ももの唐揚げがどかんと1枚。担々麺に合わせるのは豚の排骨の方が一般的だがこちらは少し薄めの鶏のから揚げが使われていて、これが胡麻の風味の強いスープによく合うのだわ。かりかりの食感を味わうのも良いがスープに沈めてたっぷりスープを吸わせるともう抜群。
餃子も1個がでかい。記憶にある昔食べた餃子よりもかりっと揚げたように焼かれていて表面がばりばり。具は若干少なくなったような気もしなくもないが、重量感はあり味も濃いめで美味しい。
久しぶりだが矢張りこの店の担々麺と餃子は美味しい。正統派の担々麺とはちょっと違うかもしれないが美味しければそれでいい。
接客はちょっと作業感があるかな。

諸事情なよりしばらく行けなくなりそうなので食べ納めの永吉。丁度明日6月から値上げというタイミングだったのでラッキー。
デカ肉担担麺中辛1200円、半ライス無料、餃子2個320円（全て税抜）
辛口も好きだけど中辛くらいの方がバランスは良いのかな。最後にするには惜しい旨さ。やっぱりまた食べに行きたい。
