If you put in too much tempura flakes, it will just become oily, so I refrained from doing so. I used to only eat "bukkake", but recently I've been eating "kake" to enjoy the broth, and this time it was hot so I chose "cold". When it's "cold", the Tempura batter and tempura flakes don't get soggy, and you can enjoy the crispy texture until the end. I decided to eat "cold" when it's hot. The chewy udon noodles are still as delicious as ever. The portions are generous even at the bargain price. Tempura is excellent, being in the 100 yen range for its size and flavor.
