Number of seats: 8 counter seats, 10 table seats. The dipping sauce is made from a rich seafood tonkotsu soup made by boiling a huge amount of ingredients overflowing from the pot over high heat until everything is pulverized, and is made from a blend of 100% domestic wheat and roasted germ. The thick, chewy and smooth noodles are perfectly coated with the noodles, making this a blissful Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle). All noodles are made in the noodle making room inside the store. |

西川口駅東口を出て徒歩1分ほどにあるつけ麺 津気屋西川口店さんに行ってきました。
店内はレトロ感のある感じ流れてるBGMもまたレトロ笑
カウンター席数席に4人掛けのテーブル席が2席くらいだったかな?
定番のつけ麺をチョイスしましたが!
程よい麺の硬さに濃いめのスープはとても好きな味でした♪
しめご飯もあるようなのですがお腹がいっぱいで食べれなかったので次回チャレンジしてみたいと思います^ ^
