Counter seats are also available, so even if you are alone, it is OK.
The interior design incorporates Japanese and Western elements, giving it a somewhat nostalgic feel, but is also fresh and innovative. The lighting and music also change depending on the time of day. P |
I found another nice restaurant in Kawaguchi. I had found this shop before when I was walking around this area, but when I went there afterwards I couldn't find the shop and had completely forgotten about it, but when I looked it up again, it was called ``Nagare.'' I found out that it was a shop, so I visited it after 7pm on a Saturday. When you enter the store, you will find a space with subdued lighting and a calm atmosphere. There are counter seats in the front and 3 table seats in the back. The table seats seem to be able to seat about 10 people, so it feels like you can have a small party. The restaurant seems to be run by a single master, and when I told him it was my first time visiting, he gave me various recommendations for the restaurant. There were no customers at this time, so I felt like I was a private chef. Good luck. They seem to have a variety of drinks, including shochu, sake, and wine, but they are particular about making sure that they are all domestically produced. First, we'll order a bottle of sparkling sake and toast. When I looked at the menu, everything looked delicious and I was confused. Since the menu seems to be mainly Italian Cuisine, I thought wine would be good, so I asked for some additional wine. The wine is Tokappu, a wine from Tokachi, Hokkaido. It has a light taste, so it goes well with meals. The dishes I ordered were as follows.・Carpaccio Duck meat and salad carpaccio. The pink pepper was sprinkled just right, and the duck meat was tender and very nice. A perfect dish for your first snack.・ baguette is covered with bruschetta Prosciutto, which also makes a good snack. It goes well with wine.・ Ajillo Ajillo, I like it. Since it is a homemade oil, the garlic is quite sparing. It's delicious if you soak baguette thoroughly and eat it.・Mashed potato meat gratin This is definitely delicious. There's plenty of fine-grained mashed potatoes and a lot of macaroni, so it's quite filling.・A masterpiece that will make you want to eat hand-kneaded cheese Hamburg rice. With tomato sauce and cheese on top of the moist Hamburg, it's sure to be delicious. I wanted to add some pasta or pizza, but I was already full. After the meal, I was able to talk with the master about various things. This restaurant seems to have been open for about 10 years, but recently it has been closed for lunch and only open in the evening. I was feeling a little sad because my Saturday and Sunday banquet was canceled due to the Manbou announcement the other day. I hope that a good shop like this will continue forever.
