実家に行く道すがら、マイレビュアさんに教えていただいたビストロに
初めて伺いました。
場所は、ドン・キホーテの裏の駅から直ぐの所、周りは中華料理が多い地域です。
着いたのは、1時過ぎでしたので店内は先客は二人ほど、
奥のカウンター席に案内されました。
初めて伺ったお店の常でおススメをお聞きしましたら
今日良く出ているのはハンバーグとの事で
ハンバーグ(木の子ソース)を
サラダ、スープ、飲み物が付くBセット 1430円でお願いし
ライスとホットコーヒーでお願いしました。
店内は、男女お二人でやられてているようで、連携も良く
5分程でサラダとカトラリーが運ばれます。
カトラリーにお箸があるのも有難いです。
モリモリのサラダは自家製ドレッシングの味も良く
酸味でより食欲が増します。
サラダが食べ終わりますと、ジャガイモのスープが運ばれます。
滑らかさは今一つでしたが味は良く、量もタップリで体が温まります。
スープが飲み終わりますと、テンポよく料理が運ばれます。
熱いので気を付けてと言われたハンバーグは、
分厚いフライパンに乗せられ、ソースがグツグツしていて美味そうです。
早速いただきます。
ハンバーグは、お肉がメインのもので、ギッシリと重たい感じで
ソースはデミグラスに近く、ご飯に合います。
野菜も程良く焼けていて、あっという間に食べ終わりました。
ちょっと残念だったのは、ホットコーヒーが今一つだった事
最近はコンビニでも美味しい珈琲がいただけますので頑張って欲しいと思いました。
ご馳走様、PayPayで支払いし店を出ましたが
ロールキャベツ等、気になるメニューが多く、近々再訪したいと思います。
