おなじみの日高屋です。
普段は飲み屋としてしか利用していませんが、
昼飯抜きだったので、ちゃんと食事してみました。
限定のチゲ味噌ラーメンへ。
【麺】
ピロピロの平の中太。
香りもコシも弱い麺ですね。
食べ応えがない。
【スープ】
なるほど、トンコツ味噌に唐辛子の辛さを入れた感じです。
安いチェーン店ですが、
こうしていただくとなかなかのスープに変身します。
まずまず、悪く無いです。
【野菜】
クタクタですね。
【ホルモン】
100g入っているそうです。
茹でられたホルモンのようですが、
固くて噛み切れません。
クチャクチャした、札幌の生ホルモンは好きだけど、
ちょっと違うタイプですね。
残してしまいました。
やはり、日高屋は飲みにきますね。
