気になっていたこちらに1人で訪問^ ^
平日、20:00の入店。
当然、カウンターに通されます。
まずはホッピーセットにとりネギポン酢のカウンターメニューをチョイス。
こちらは少人数のカウンター客が色んな種類の肴が食べられるように量を抑えて安く提供しています。
このサービスは素晴らしいですね！
また、ビックリしたのがホッピーの中はヤカンを持った店員がグラスに注いでくれるのですが、ストップと言うまで注いでくれます！
つまり酒 対 ホッピーが9：1でも構わないのです。
まー、余りに濃くしても美味しくないので5：5程度にしました笑
しかも中を頼む度に毎回です_(┐「ε:)_
凄いですね！
暫くしてとりネギポン酢が到着！
鶏ハムにネギ、シソ、茗荷たっぷりの薬味天国！
私、薬味が大好きなので嬉しかった^ ^
ただ、ポン酢の塩味が強かった。
もうちよっとマイルドだったら言う事なし！
続いて串盛り合わせ！
塩3本、タレ3本での提供。
塩はししとう、ササミ、砂肝。
タレはカシラ、ぼんじり、ネギマ。
いずれも高めのお品を入れてくれています。
でもレバーが食べたかった_(┐「ε:)_
特に砂肝、カシラ、ぼんじりが美味しかった^ ^
実はこの時点でおなかいっぱいだったのだが、焼き物は時間がかかる為、チキン南蛮も頼んでしまっていた_(┐「ε:)_
しかし、このチキン南蛮！
旨い。タルタルソースの卵感が強く、粗めに刻んだタマネギが良い。
これで280円。
コスパ良いな^ ^
お酒はホッピーセット、中2杯。
ジムハイボールを頂いて2500円くらい。
また来ます！
