西川口の駅から徒歩1,2分の駅近にあり、行列覚悟の人気ラーメン店です。
今回はこちらを頂きました。
「昆布水つけ麺 塩 味玉 (1,000円)」
「昆布水つけ汁追加 (200円)」
つけ汁は塩と醤油とどちらも食べたかったので、つけ麺を塩で買い、追加のつけ汁で醤油を頂きました。塩と醤油のつけ汁を交互に頂きながら倍楽しめる最高のチョイスとなります。
麺はツルツルで海藻独特の滑り感があり、昆布水をまとた麺だけでもとても美味しいコシがあって小麦粉の風味ある麺です。
チャーシューはバラ肉とロースっぽいものと2種類のっていて、味がしっかりしみていて良かったです。
醤油のつけ汁はコクと深みある熟成された醤油の良さが楽しめて、塩は出汁が楽しめる、どちらも甲乙つけ難い絶品つけ汁でした。
スープ割はテーブルのポットにお出汁が用意されていて、好きなタイミングで好きなだけお出汁でつけ汁を割れます。このスープ割りで割ると醤油のつけ汁がバカうまで想像以上の絶品のスープになりました。
美味しすぎてどちらのつけ汁も完飲してしまいました。
