自家製太麺がもっちりとした食感でおいしいパスタ
川口駅から徒歩5分、八間通り沿いにあるお洒落な外観でずっと気になっていたお店。平日の12時過ぎに訪問すると店内は2組のお客さん、テーブル席に案内をしてもらいます。
ランチはパスタかピザのいずれかを選択する感じ。パスタは1200円から1300円くらいの価格帯でAセットはサラダ、スープ、ドリンクをつけて＋300円。さらにドルチェをつけると＋500円、Appetizerをつけるとと＋800円といった感じ。ランチタイムで1000円を超えるとそれなりのものを期待してしまいますがさすがに2000円は高いかな、ということでパスタ単品で「悪魔ペスカトーレ（1250円）」を注文します。量は多くないとの情報があったので＋200円で大盛をおねがいしました。
パスタは自家製のもっちりとした食感で太麺がとってもおいしい。このパスタは川口駅近辺だとなかなか食べられないですよ。ただ、大盛にした割にはそれほど多くないので男性には物足りない感じかもしれません。連れの普通サイズは女性でもやや少なめと言っていました。
ソースは魚介の旨味があり唐辛子のピリッとした辛みがアクセントになっていい感じ。ムール貝やエビなどの魚介がのっていますが、申し訳程度の量なのでやや寂しいかもしれませんね。
お店の外壁や内装の雰囲気もとても良く、良い心地の良い空間で過ごし易かったです。おすすめは牛ももを昆布で締めた「昆布締め牛もも肉のビステッカ」やスペイン産幻の赤豚を使用した「幻の赤豚のグリル」とのことなので、次回はディナーで訪問してみたいお店です。

Tamburello for the first time in a while. Actually, I've been here for lunch before, but this will be my first visit for dinner. When I visited before 8pm on a Friday, I was told that last order would be at 9pm, but since I was planning to have a quick drink and eat before heading home, I was shown to a seat. What I ordered was as follows. Garlic shrimp, seared carpaccio of fresh fish seasoned with kelp, rillettes, garlic sea urchin toast, chewy homemade pici After toasting with beer first, we added a bottle of Genard Chardonnay and quickly made it to last order. All of the food is delicious and goes well with the wine, so the amount of bottles is decreasing rapidly. I couldn't help but notice the baguette-like rillettes and garlic sea urchin toast, but it was delicious. The last item I ordered was the sticky homemade pici, which was a huge hit. The pasta is thick like udon noodles, and the slightly spicy tomato sauce tastes really good. The noodles are so chewy that you end up fighting over it with your partner.
