美味しくてコスパ最高のランチが頂けるお店です。今回は夜に訪問させて頂きました。
川口市役所からスーパーのベルクがある方面へ向かってビルの1階にあります。
白い暖簾が出ているのですぐに分かります。
■頂いた内容
今回は6,000円の懐石を頂きました。
・スープ
・お造り
・鱧のお吸い物
・にぎやかな小鉢（くじらのベーコンがありました）
・鮎の塩焼き
・穴子とトウモロコシの天ぷら
・蟹のスープ
・じゃこ山椒ご飯
・ほうじ茶のブラマンジェ
とにかくどの料理も美味しい！
食材に細かく手が加えられているように感じました。
お造りの鰹は藁焼きになっていて香ばしいです。（これはランチでも頂けます）
鮎の塩焼き、天ぷらなども言うことなしです。
余ったじゃこ山椒ご飯はお握りにして頂けました。サービスも素晴らしいのか…。
この時期は緊急事態宣言下で酒の提供がNGでしたが、お酒を飲みながらゆっくり食事を楽しんでみたいです。
