土曜日のランチの時間にお伺いしました。コース料理は前日迄の予約が必要です。
川口駅から徒歩で12分程です。少し離れているのでバスやタクシーをオススメします。
《お昼の懐石コース 4500円（税込）》
◎ソーメンの冷汁→汁の深み、ソーメンのコシの良さ。素晴らしく美味しいです。外がメチャ暑かったのでアミューズ的には最適でした。
◎お造り→本日はコチ、鰹、シマアジ。写メを見ていただければ分かるように包丁入れが素晴らしい！魚を知り尽くしている刺身。
◎御椀→一言、素晴らしい！出汁の深みと鱧の柔らかい旨味が相まっての最高傑作。旬の蓴菜を加える等、心憎い演出。
◎稚鮎の塩焼き→こちらも今旬の稚鮎。この苦味が最高に癖になる逸品。写メを見ていただければ美味しさは一目瞭然で分かって頂けるだろう。焼き加減もパーフェクト！
◎穴子の天麩羅→こちらも揚げ時間が絶妙！フワフワ、サクサク！とても美味しい。
⚪冬瓜の煮物→こちらも今が旬の冬瓜。この物だけを食せば本当に美味しいのだが濃口、肉がほぼ出て来なかったので物足りなさが残ってしまった。
◎蛸の土鍋ごはん→蛸と新生姜の土鍋ごはん。やはりサッパリ味。これはこれで最高に旨い。
△デザート→取り敢えずデザートでした。的なレベル。
《総評》
とにかく一品、一品の拘りが凄く本当に美味しい。ただ、気になったのがコースとしての完成度だ。全てのコースを通して薄味、魚だったのだ。やはり濃い味、肉料理はせめて一つは欲しかった。それとデザート。ここ迄、一品、一品の拘りがあるのなら最後のデザート迄、拘って欲しかったかなぁ➰。
ともあれ美味しいし、コスパ的にも悪くない。皆さんにオススメ出来るお店である。
