本番トルコ料理の美味しいケバブサンド

2024.4.293連休最終日、昭和の日の祝日ランチ時間13:30に訪問。テイクアウトのお客が列をなしています。お店の方は10人ほどのお客。テイクアウト予定を変更してお店で食べることにしました。
目的はケバブサンド。チキンがあればと思ったのですが、この日はビーフのみ。
ビーフケバブサンドセット1,100円と、トルコのお菓子バクラバ、アイランをオーダー。
辛さが選べて中辛とします。

テイクアウト待ちのため20分ほどかかり到着。
ケバブが溢れています笑。どう食べようと一瞬悩みますがど真ん中をガブリ。
うん、うまい、甘さのある少しピリ辛のソースがたっぷりで野菜と肉をうまく繋いでいます。
肉の温かさとトマトの冷たさもいい感じ。肉とキャベツ、玉ねぎの食感もいい。
肉の薄さが柔らかくしかも量が多いです。

初めて食べたバクラバというトルコのお菓子はパイ生地を何層にも重ねてシロップに浸したもの。
ドリンクのアイランは塩っぱいヨーグルト笑。
