鶏白湯塩@1000をオーダ。スープが濃厚かつ塩気もちょうど良くて非常に美味しい。味玉と鶏焼豚も◎味だけなら⭐︎4.0なのだが、店全体の雰囲気が好みではないので⭐︎3.0で。
鶏白湯塩、900円
スープは、少し黄色がかったやや透明な濃厚鶏白湯で、クリーミーながらも、柑橘系が効いた点が独特で美味しい。
麺は極細の四角い黄色麺で、あまり特徴はないがスープを吸い美味しくい...
電車に乗ってていつも気になってたので行ってみました。
お店は駅近ですが、数店舗入ってるフロアの一角にあり少しわかりにくかったです。
ラーメンは鶏白湯で、個人的にとても好きです。
鶏白湯の汁と細麺が素晴らしくマッチしていて美味しかった
２回目の訪問。鳥白湯の醤油、大盛りのチャーシュートッピングでした。
なかなかのお味でしたが、初訪問時の鴨煮干しラーメンの時の感動まではいかなかったかな
友人と何回も来訪するお店。

ちょっと変わり種のラーメンを複数取り扱っていますが、その中でも看板っぽい立ち位置の鶏白湯が一番美味しいと感じました。
