鶏白湯醤油と濃厚鶏白湯塩つけ麺を
頂きました。土曜のお昼、5分も待たずに着席。
どちらも麺硬めの対応をして頂きました。
鶏白湯醤油は
チャーシューが鶏と豚と部位違い？で3種。
どれもしっとり柔らかく、スープに合い美味。
食券の味玉が売り切れの様な×印だったので
無いのかな？と思ったら提供されたラーメンに
のってきました。塩分高めのスープでした。
濃厚鶏白湯塩つけ麺はヒーターを設置して
60℃で頂き、最後に檸檬で味変が出来る仕様。
