とても丁寧な仕事がされてることを感じられる鶏白湯の塩ラーメン。鶏白湯のラーメンが食べたくなった時にはぜひまた寄りたいと思わせてくれる一杯。
スープは濃厚だけど全くくどくない。麺もストレート系でモチモチもしつつ、スープにも絶妙に絡んで美味しい。
入っているトッピングは鶏チャーシューと味付け半熟煮卵、そしてなんとレタス。このレタスが意外や意外、合う。濃厚なスープと麺を絡めつつ、レタスも絡めて口に頬張ることで、何か濃厚さを上手にリセットしてくれるというか。これはナイスアイディア。
鶏チャーシューも柔らかさもそうだけど脂っぽさみたいな感じがなく、鶏白湯スープととても合う。
とてもバランス感のいい一杯でした。
追加でオーダーしたレアチャーシュー丼的なものも、低温調理されたチャーシューの端っこをちゃんと炙っており、玉ねぎの甘醤油風味のソースと相まってこれまた美味い。
駅からすぐのところにあるのも踏まえて西川口駅で降りた際には最初に足が向かってしまいそうなお店だ
