川口駅西口徒歩3分くらいにある串メインの居酒屋さんです。
やきとり、やきとん、のバラエティが多そうで目を付けていたのですが、金曜、土日祝日は空きがほぼなくて、3回くらい振られていました。
在宅勤務をしていた金曜の夜に、予約して2名で利用しました。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席十数席、小さな個室も１つだけあります。
雰囲気のある店内なので、付き合って長いカップルなら居酒屋デートも有りかなと思うイメージ。
予約の19時には、6割程度の稼働率でしたが、30分もしないうちに満席に。やはり人気店のようです。
客層は20~40代と若めですが、20時過ぎてくると、５０代６０代の年齢層の高い夫婦連れなども来店してきて、老若男女感が増します。
注文は卓上のタブレットからの方式で、操作性もよくて注文しやすくて、割と年齢層高くても苦労せずに利用できそうに思いました。

〇お通し（大根鬼おろしに卵のせたもの）
〇赤ワインのらっきょう漬け
らっきょうが大きくて、歯ごたえも良し、よく漬かってて美味しかったです。
〇万願寺とうがらしの肉詰め
京野菜の万願寺とうがらし肉詰めしたものを揚げた料理でした。
最初は美味しかったけど、冷えると少し固めになりました。
〇燻製もやしナムル
あまり燻製感がなく、少しだけしょっぱいのでこれは改善の余地有かもです。
アルコールのツマミで塩味多くなるのはやむを得ないとしても。。
〇ポテトサラダ

レバーは新鮮で臭みが少なく美味しかったです。

〇ねぎま串2本
ねぎまは間違いなく美味しかったです。値段のわりに丁寧に焼いてくれていて素晴らしいと思いました。

〇山芋鉄板焼き
〇牛とろ飯
名のとおり牛肉をネギトロのように生で提供するご飯料理です。
牛の旨味クリーミーでとても美味しかった。
牛とろは管理が大変なので、提供できる店は人気があって食材管理しっかりしている店という印象があります。
その他アルコール諸々。
ジンやサワーなどバラエティ豊かですが、私の趣向の日本酒が少なめでした。

１点だけ物申すと、、全体的に少しだけしょっぱいかなと。
普段かなり薄味で自炊している派なので気になるだけかもなのですが。
若者向けだと味付け濃くないと満足してもらえないから仕方ないのかもしれません。
ただ、店員さんはシャキシャキしていて感じよく、人気があるのもうなずける店だと思いました。
どうも御馳走様でした。
もうしばらくたったらまたお味見に伺うかもしれないです。
