川口駅界隈で昼飲みした後、小腹が空いて街を歩いていて発見。
ネットの評価もまずまずだし、久しぶりに担々麺が食べたくなり入って見た。
券売機で食券方式。
汁なし担担麺や麻婆系もあるが、初めての店だしシンプルに汁あり担担麺をセレクト。
瓶ビールも購入した。
席に着き食券を渡す時に辛さ（ラー油と唐辛子）と痺れ（赤山椒と青山椒）のレベルを伝える。
辛さは同料金の最高峰4かなとも思ったが、初めてでレベル感が分からないので、普通と書いてある3に。
痺れはやや苦手なので1にした。
ゆっくり瓶ビールを飲んでいると担担麺が登場。
見た目はまずまず辛そうで期待出来る。
まずはスープ。
担担麺ならではの辛味と甘みの同居した独特のスープ。
思ったよりは辛さも痺れもない。
刻みネギの上に唐辛子の乗っているので混ぜるとピリ辛に。
これはアルコールを飲んだ胃に心地よい。
ボリュームも丁度良く久しぶりの担担麺を堪能。
次回は辛さも痺れもワンランク上げて見よう。
