西川口駅西口、有名になってきた中華街の入口とも言える位置にある火鍋のお店ご紹介。
複雑な言葉は通じないことも多いこの界隈ですが、ここは料理の説明しますよときちんとした対応でとても安心できました。
ビルの4階、店内は焦げ茶と赤でいかにも中華系です。ファミレス席が多くあり、全体的にゆったりしています。
ここに来たのは、どこかでまた食べたいなと考えていた牛心管(牛肉大動脈)がありそうだから。
確かにありました。しかも本土系中華料理店は鉄串は5本とか10本単位からという縛りが多いなかで、こちらの店は組み合わせ自由で2本からということで少人数でも融通きくサービスの良い店でした。
生298円！と、持病の腎臓マメ、牛心管、羊肉各150円、じゃが芋ピリ辛和え380円をお願いしました。
一品も結構安いです。
火鍋はベースの味を決めて数々の具材を選ぶことができます。コースもあります。
ただ1人では楽しめなさそうなので見送りました。
串がかなぁり時間かかって到着しました！
どれも基本的にクミン風味です。
期待の牛心管はコリコリプリプリで満足。
〆は海鮮すいとんと迷い、烤冷面というものをお願いしました。説明は焼き干し麺。
平たい焼いた麺に甘めのタレで味がついた野菜や肉などが巻かれ、薄く卵焼きで包まれた手の込んだもので、味的には異国感は少なく美味しかったです。。
1切れもずっしり1人では十分な量でした。
昼間のランチはワンコインランチもあり、日本で食べない食材にいろいろチャレンジするのにも、場所も含め西川口中華の入口になるお店と思いました。
