Dinner at the newly opened "Ushi no Sato" at the east exit of Nishi-Kawaguchi Station on the Keihin Tohoku Line. Our restaurant is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant where you can enjoy carefully selected beef, mainly Kuroge Wagyu beef. As the name suggests, it's a private Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant, so you can enjoy your Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in a relaxed manner without worrying about being seen. The atmosphere is simple and stylish, so it's recommended for small dinner parties and girls' gatherings. The staff at the store are also smiling and very pleasant. This is what I received. ☆ Set of 4 types of beef (3,600 yen) A recommended set of 4 types of beef ribs, short ribs, loin, and skirt steak marinated in a secret sauce. I ordered a sample first, but the platter turned out to be much larger than I expected! And the meat is beautiful! ! I'm excited even before I eat it♪ Lightly grill it, dip it in our secret sauce, and try it! Hmm, delicious! ! Carefully selected Wagyu beef, super delicious! ! The rice goes so well (lol) ☆ Set of 4 types of hormones (3,200 yen) A set of hormones that includes upper hormone, upper mino, upper liver, and geara seasoned with our signature miso sauce. Please be very careful not to overcook the liver. Fluffy, melty, and the rich flavor of the liver is the best! Mino and Giara have a crispy texture. As for hormones, fat is delicious! This was also better than I expected. ☆Komtang Soup (900 yen) Refreshing yet richly delicious, you can enjoy it to the last drop♪ A hearty soup with beef tail and daikon radish. Meat attached to the bone can be easily removed from the bone using chopsticks. This is a must-try dish when you come to Ushi no Sato. Comtan can also be ordered in half size. There was also a menu called Gomtan Kuppa and Gomtan Udon. ☆Large Rice (320 yen) Rice brings out the deliciousness of meat, doesn't it? I was also interested in the bibimbap and kuppa, but first I enjoyed the basic rice and meat. The slightly firm-cooked rice may be the result of careful consideration of the balance between juicy, rich, flavorful meat and fat. ☆Raw Grapefruit Sour (500 yen) As usual, I casually ordered the fresh grapefruit sour and it was delicious. This is probably because the original grapefruit is sweet and delicious. They also had freshly squeezed lemon, so I think I'll try lemon next time.To commemorate the opening, the store gave me a rib roast and a drink. The rib roast was very large, so I cut it up and tried it with the sauce and salt. It was so delicious it made me want to cry♪ The menu consists of a la carte dishes such as salads, soups, and pancakes, with a focus on our proud wagyu beef, and rice and Cold Noodles to finish the meal. This was my first visit, and I wanted to try a variety of foods, so I thought I'd try the set and add a few more types of meat, but the portion was bigger than I expected and I was hungry. When you think of private Yakiniku (Grilled meat), you may think of it as being a bit high-class or expensive, but considering the quality of the meat and the volume, I think the pricing is very reasonable. It's comfortable and I'm sure I'll come back again. I left the restaurant thinking that I wanted to try that next time, and I wanted to try that too♪
