釜揚げは茹でたてを使うので、空いている時間帯には、注文を受けてから茹でるので、１０分程度時間がかかります。
その代わり、テーブルまで持ってきてくれますが
なはまるうどんは、麺は工場で作っているので、小さなお店が結構多いですね。
うどんの美味さで一番差が出るのは粉ですね。
今回の釜揚げうどんはとても美味しかったです。
生姜をたっぷり入れて、ちょっと辛いくらいがいい感じですね。
初めて見たのが、入口のおでんです。
今度食べてみたいですね。
