川口にあるブーゲンビリアさん。
フォローさせてもらっている方々のレビューを見て以前から気になっていた土日限定のベンガルプレートを食べに来店。
お店の前の通りに入ると風に漂うスパイスの香りがくぅーっ!!最高～♪

噂通り、私達以外は皆さんナンカレー(笑)
いただきます♪
本日のベンガルプレートの内容は左のカトリから時計回りに下記の通り(備忘録&勉強中の為、表記は適当なので間違っていたら教えて下さい)。
・ベグンボッタ
・ダル
・ショルシェルイ
・コシャマングショ
・バングラサラダ
・バスマティライス
・ミスティ
・チャイ
ダルはぽってりした豆の旨みの中にも形を残したトマトの存在感もあり、爽やかな仕上がり。
つーんとしたマスタードオイルがこれでもかっ!!って位、ひったひたでとろっとろのなすのボッタはたまらない美味しさ!!たっぷり入っていて嬉しい♪
きゅうり・パプリカ・玉ねぎのシンプルな塩・胡椒味のバングラサラダは浅漬けチックな存在、侮るなかれ。
ショルシェマーチはマスタードが効いた魚のカレー、揚げ焼き煮にしているのかな？
川魚独特の風味が少しあり、もしかしてこれがルイかね？と思い、尋ねると「ルイ、ルイフィッシュ!!美味しい？」「すごく美味しい!!」と言うと「良かった」とニッコリ(^^)
白身で淡白ながらも脂がのっていて、これすごく美味しい♪
柔らかなマトンがゴロゴロ、コシャマングショはこのプレートの中で一番はっきりしている味。
カレーも副菜もたっぷりあり、これまた美味しいバスマティライスと共にバランス良く食べたつもりが、後半カレーがもて余し気味になったのは自分の采配ミス。
食事の進み具合を見て「チャイとラッシー、どっちが良い？」と聞かれたのでチャイで。
白いまん丸を指先でつまみ一口食べるとひたひたのシロップが口いっぱいに広がりゴクリ、その後チャイを飲むと「ミスティ、美味しい？」と聞かれ「うん、とっても美味しい!!」と言うとニコニコしながらチャイとミスティは一緒ではなく個々に楽しむ物、みたいな感じで教えてくれた(*´-`)
ベンガルプレートは言うなればミールスやダルバートと同様「とてもバランスの良い定食」と言った感じで、この手の料理をこよなく愛する自分が気に入ったのはもちろん、あっさりめの味だからこそ際立つスパイス使いがとても勉強になった。
魚料理、特に骨を苦手とする旦那が(子供か!!)ベンガルプレートをどう思ったのか気になったが、とても気に入ったようで良かった良かったワ。
