1 minute walk from the station☆【Private rooms available】Szechuan Cuisine! We've put a lot of effort into the atmosphere inside the restaurant【Super spicy hotpot】You can adjust the spiciness!
Please enjoy the authentic Sichuan atmosphere not only in the food, but also in the interior where every chair, table, and painting has been carefully selected. We offer authentic Sichuan Hot pot! We |
My latest fad is exploring Nishikawaguchi's deep China. Tonight I'm at Daisei Hot pot, west of the station (o^^o). It's on the third floor of a building, so rather than looking for a small sign on the street, you can look up and look around and see the big "Hot pot" sign, so it's easy to find. When you go up the stairs, you'll see a big wooden door... You can't see inside, so it's a little scary, but you'll have to be brave to open it (^ ^). The inside of the store is spacious, with mostly tables for four people. There are various modern objects on the walls. There also seems to be a private room in the back. When ordering, don't be scared because they speak Japanese! lol Just put on a strange apron and check the type of soup and meat on the checklist. (The price is also written here.) Discuss the level of spiciness with the manager and select according to your instincts (^ω^). If you make it too spicy, it will be spicy even in the original Sichuan... he said, so I went into scared mode and said, "I'd like it to be slightly spicy, please." Recently, the number of Hot pot in Japan has increased, but this restaurant has ingredients such as duck intestines and sheep brains that are only available in fairly good restaurants in China. After all, Hot pot is all about lamb and duck intestines! You can't go wrong with it. Mix your own dipping sauce at the dipping sauce counter and eat it heartily! You may find your favorite one after trial and error. Don't hesitate to go for the garlic! How does it taste? Of course it's delicious! Haha It's the spicy but delicious one. It does sting your lips, though. If you're making Hot pot debut at a half-baked restaurant in Japan, I recommend selecting this authentic restaurant. To finish off, order noodles. The waiter will stretch them for you while flying in the air like a skipping rope. This performance might be fun when people who are eating Hot pot for the first time gather together, but it's a shame that the costumes are everyday clothes! Let me do it next time (^-^) Thank you for the meal I'll come again
