所用で有給休暇、イオンモール川口前川店へ行った帰りにBMしていた
埼玉県川島町の2022百名店【本手打ちうどん庄司 （しょうじ）】グループ
埼玉県川口市【手打うどん ひら田】さんへ初訪問。
店内へ入り入口側のカウンター席に着き何も迷わず【肉汁うどん】750-をオーダー。
8分程でオーダーの品が提供。
うどんは【庄司】さんより、更に薄く広く感じる平打ちうどん。
うどんを一本そのまま食べてもしなやかに感じる。
お椀には葱・玉葱・豚肉盛り沢山で味は濃い目。
お椀の熱々つけ汁へ平打ちうどんを投入、平打ちうどんへ濃い目の肉汁がからみ良い感じのうまさ。
中盤から赤い粉をフリフリしながらうどんを啜り上げる。 ^^
うどんが終了したところで肉汁へ割湯を投入してフィニッシュ！
お腹いっぱい、大満足でごちそう様でした。
