初めて伺いました。
夜は、周囲が暗くて店舗は明るくて目立ちます。
営業時間がやや早く終わるので、ちょっと使い勝手が悪いかなぁ
ワインと前菜４種の盛合せが1,500円で、これが一押しですね。
まず、これをオーダーしてから、色々考えるって使い方がいいのかなぁ
最初に生ビールをオーダーしました。
この規模のイタリアンのお店で生ビールは貴重です。
しかも、ヒューガルデンです。
こだわりを感じますね。
この日のオーダーは、
４種の盛合せは、
マッシュルームと水菜のサラダ
ピリ辛鶏なんこつ
豚肉のリエット
本日のカルパッチョ
どれも塩加減のよい前菜ですね。
組合せによっては、お皿に盛ると、
隣りの前菜と味が混ざるので、要注意です。
牛すじの赤ワイン煮とじゃがいものチーズグラタン
とても美味しかったですが、グラタンというよりもチーズ焼きかなぁ
グラスワインは、赤も白も国産のソワ エ ミュールです。
とても上品なワインです。
お料理によく合いました。
また、ワインが飲みたいときに伺います。
