店主さん1人で営業されてます。
カウンターのみのお店です。
駐車場が3台あるとの事ですが、知らなかったので遠目のコインパーキングに停めてしまいました。
濃厚の方の煮干しラーメンと、チャーシュー丼を注文。
ラーメンは超ドロドロスープで、量は少な目。煮干しがガツンとくる感じです。飲みたいのですが、スーパー塩味が高く厳しい。薄めが出来るならお願いしたい感じ。
チャーシュードンは、確実に美味しいヤツですが、タレが多すぎ、これも塩味が強い。山葵が添えてありますが、中々残念な山葵。
今度はあっさり系のラーメンを頂きたいと思います。
