前川イオンへ向かう途中の日曜12時すぎ、検索で気になった川むらさんに寄りました。
店向かいの駐車場へ停めると店内は満席。
先に食券を買い、5分強経って入店しました。
そして流れ続けるB'zのBGMを聴きながら待っていると、10分弱で私のまぜそば、妻の煮干しラーメンが届きました。
天地を返して混ぜ込みます。煮干しにこだわっているお店ということもあってタレの濃さにも負けず、煮干を常に感じながらいただくことができました。ビッグサイズなチャーシューであって、麺量300gを選んで追い飯も追加したため、ボリューム満点。マヨが少し多いかと思ったところはありますが、満足感感じる一杯でした。
そして、さらに和え玉（半玉）もいただきます。こちらもエグ味のない煮干が繊細に生かされた一杯で、満腹感の状態でもオイル感もあってスルスルっと箸が進みます。途中で、煮干ラーメンのスープにつけると、煮干感がより強まって美味しかったです。
