<An important point along with free refills> [Motivation for visit] Friday night. They attacked Western Western Cuisine restaurants in the Kawaguchi Motogo area, but neither of them were open. Tabelog on the spot and found a nice-looking Pork Cutlet restaurant. [Impressions after entering] It's a Japanese-style Family restaurant with a large box. At 7pm, the restaurant is about 50% occupied, but after that there is a long wait to enter. There is plenty of parking and there are many families. You can get Fried food, mainly Pork Cutlet, for around 1,000 yen. There are high-end pork Pork Cutlet such as the slightly expensive ``Yume no Daichibuta'' and ``Herb Sangenton''. Free refills of rice, miso soup, and cabbage! This is what a Pork Cutlet restaurant should be like. [Menu ordered] ●Grated pork loin cutlet & Seafood set meal 1,628 yen Minced pork cutlet 110 yen Taste 3.8 Cost performance 4.0 Consists of 75g loin cutlet, 1 fried shrimp, and 2 pieces of fried squid.・Loin cutlet Taste 3.6 It has umami, but it doesn't have a lot of moisture and feels a little dry. There is little fat. The upper classes may be a little better.・Fried shrimp taste 3.6, less water. A little too fried? The homemade tartar is delicious with lots of eggs.・Fried squid taste 4.0 Today's MVP. The coating is crispy, and the meat is soft and easy to bite into.It's a very high-quality dish. This is juicy, the meat is sweet and delicious. It's large and you should order it for 110 yen. The rice was served in a pot or rather a pot. Cooked to a slightly soft texture. Contains 2 bowls. Miso soup is made with fresh clams. It's my favorite ingredient, so I'm excited. The refills are super hot and wonderful every time. After eating 2 cups of cabbage, 3 cups of miso soup, and 4 cups of rice, I was very satisfied. The last meal was served in a large portion even though I didn't ask for it (lol) [Overall Impressions] It's delicious, you get free refills, and it's not that expensive, so I'd be happy to have it nearby. As a tartare fan, I highly value the fact that the tartare is handmade. One of the selection criteria for my shop. If it's for business use, it's disappointing.
