[30 seconds walk from the west exit of Nishikawaguchi Station] Authentic charcoal-grilled yakitori!
Please try our authentic yakitori made with high-quality binchotan charcoal! Among them, white liver and large green onion are very popular! |
Visited on Monday, March 27, 2023 at around 7:35 p.m. The shop is located in a densely populated area of restaurants at the west exit of the station, about a 1-minute walk from the west exit of Nishikawaguchi Station on the JR Keihin Tohoku Line. The kitchen is at the back of the left side of the entrance, and in front of it there are 4 counter seats in an I-shape, 1 table for 4 people immediately to the left of the entrance, and 4 table seats for 4 people on the right. It was a restaurant with a total of 24 seats. There was an ashtray on the tabletop, smoking was allowed in the entire store, and minors were not allowed to enter the store. Of course, part-time work is also not possible. It seems to be a store that opened on December 3, 2021, but since I am a restaurant member of Tabelog, I could not edit the restaurant information. It's a shame because just by entering the OPEN date, the recognition of the store will change. The data of the store just before I posted the review was 0 reviews and no score evaluation. There are no first customers, and there are four second customers. It was operated by one man, but one man was added in the middle. Is the man who came in later the owner? Since I am a single customer, I sit at the counter. There was a large TV at the end of the store and just above the entrance, so you could watch sports. Cloth towels and chopsticks were provided. Unlike paper towels, cloth towels are appreciated. I asked for "Lemon Sour 490 yen (tax included)". There was no indication on the menu whether it was tax included or not, but it was tax included. However, the glass was very slim. At this size, it seemed that a mug of draft beer was served, which is very disappointing. "Otoshi 350 yen (tax included)" is a very small tofu with licked mushrooms on it. The male customer behind me asked what was on top of the tofu, but he didn't seem to have much experience eating out. I like tofu, but I don't think I've ever eaten anything on top, which is strange. I asked for "peach skewers 200 yen (tax included)", "green onions 200 yen (tax included)", "tsukune 200 yen (tax included)", and "crispy cheese 490 yen (tax included)". Grilled skewer didn't ask for anything, but the restaurant automatically selected the sauce grill and salt grill. The thigh skewers and green onions were grilled with salt, and the tsukune was served with sauce. There was also "Leave it to me Grilled skewer 6 bottles for 1,000 yen (tax included)", but it was a spicy menu for an uncle who doesn't like to eat. The size of the skewer is common for privately owned shops. It seems that it takes a lot of time and effort to grill binchotan charcoal. At another restaurant I know, when there was no order for charcoal grilling, there was a restaurant that covered it with aluminum foil. It seems that I want to use charcoal even a little. The man who was the second customer ordered 6 courses, but like me, the Grilled skewer I ordered were not served all at once, but baked and served at the pace at which the customer ate. This is quite a customer service. I'm glad that it's not just a matter of baking them all at once and putting them out. However, if you come to the store in a group and have a conversation, you will not notice such attentiveness on the part of the store at all. "Crispy fried cheese 490 yen (tax included)" is my favorite product. Not only is the cheese wrapped in the skin, but it is also wrapped in large leaves, shiso kana, and green leaves, so it looks beautiful. It's 490 yen for 5 bottles, but consumption tax is included, so let's be convinced. Naturally, it seems to be homemade, isn't it? Grilled skewer In addition, I ordered "Quail 150 yen (tax included)" and "Eggplant 150 yen (tax included)". Both were served grilled with salt. Of course, it was not provided at the same time, but at a staggered time. I drank a total of 4 cups of lemon sour. The bill on this day was 3,700 yen. It was a feast.
