平日のランチタイムに訪問しました。12時過ぎに訪問すると店内は数名のお客さんが食事中。日本語が聞こえませんね。やはり中国の方が多いのでしょうか。
メニューをチェックすると平日のランチメニューは、A,B,Cの3種類あり、それぞれ980円、1080円、1180円という価格設定。BとCは点心が付くみたいですね。香港料理とのことなのでワンタン麺にいきたかったところですが、最近麺類ばかり食べているので本日はAセットの「蒸し鶏のネギソース定食」をお願いします。連れはCセットの「焼ビーフン」をチョイス。
蒸し鶏のネギソース定食は、メインの蒸し鶏のネギソースに加えてごはんと中華スープ、小鉢がつきます。
蒸し鶏のネギソースは名前の通り蒸した鶏肉の上にたっぷりのネギがかかったもの。さっぱりしている割には塩味がちょうどいい塩梅でごはんが進む逸品。鶏肉の下にはキュウリもたくさん入っているのでシャキシャキした食感がいい感じ。
ごはんは普通盛り。中華スープは何かを入れ忘れているのではないかと思えるほど全く味がしません。スープ好きのわたしにとってはこれは残念。
連れの焼ビーフンを少しいただきましたがこちらはしっかり味が付いていて、やや濃い目なのでビールに合いそうですね。
こちらのお店はたくさんの中華料理があるので、ランチよりもディナーでビールを飲みながら楽しむほうがいいかもしれません。
